JSON-LD must first be valid JSON. A trailing comma or unmatched quote can stop a block from being parsed, even when its business details look correct.
Reproduce the parsing error with the exact block
Copy the contents of the application/ld+json script from the delivered page. Parse that text as JSON. Avoid copying the surrounding script tags. If the block is produced by a template, inspect its output with real data: a quote in a business name may expose an escaping bug.
// Invalid: a trailing comma after the final value
{"@type":"Organization","name":"Acme",}
// Valid JSON
{"@type":"Organization","name":"Acme"}Fix the template that produced the error
If the same broken block appears on every page, fix the shared template instead of editing each page. Use your framework’s safe JSON serialization to handle quotes and other special characters. Then check the facts: a block can parse correctly while still describing the wrong business or product.

The audit reports malformed JSON-LD and common field warnings separately. Fix a syntax error first and rescan the affected page to see what remains. Paid templates can help you start a new block, but you still need to replace example values and validate the feature you intend to support.
