Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating or using an account, including your name, email address, password hash, plan, credit balance, and subscription status. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the verified email, profile details, and provider account identifier needed to sign you in.

When you run a scan, we store the submitted website, discovered and selected public URLs, audit status, retrieved findings, generated reports, usage totals, and diagnostic information. Do not submit private, credentialed, or confidential URLs.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We receive transaction identifiers, customer details, product, amount, subscription status, and refund events needed to provide access and maintain billing records. SiteReadyFor.SI does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Cookies and first-party analytics

We use a secure, HTTP-only login cookie that lasts up to seven days. Public pages may set a first-party visitor identifier for up to one year and record the page path and referring hostname. This helps us understand which parts of the product are used; it is not advertising tracking.

Page-view records currently do not have an automatic deletion schedule. We retain them while they remain useful for operating and improving the service, then delete or aggregate them when no longer needed.

How information is used

• Provide accounts, audits, reports, credits, subscriptions, and support.
• Protect the service, enforce limits, prevent duplicate billing, and investigate failures.
• Measure usage and improve product reliability and content.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations.

Service providers and AI processing

We use infrastructure, database, queue, authentication, AI, and payment providers to operate the service. These may include Railway, MongoDB Atlas, Redis, Google, CometAPI or Google Gemini, and Lemon Squeezy.

Selected public-page content may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce audit findings. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not ask AI providers to train a model specifically for you.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers needed to operate the product, when you direct us to, to protect users and the service, or when disclosure is legally required. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing support@sitereadyfor.si. We may need to verify your identity. Some billing, security, and transaction records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.

You can block cookies in your browser, but login and account features may stop working. Contact us if you have a privacy question or complaint.

Security and changes

We use access controls, secure cookies, signed sessions, request limits, and provider security features. No online service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above will change when revisions are published.
