Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using SiteReadyFor.SI, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
What the service provides
SiteReadyFor.SI analyzes publicly accessible website signals such as crawler rules, initial HTML, sitemaps, structured data, content retrieval, and llms.txt readiness. Paid reports may include downloadable drafts and templates.
The service does not automatically change a website, monitor live AI citations, guarantee indexing, rankings, visibility, sales, or compatibility with every crawler or platform. Review all findings and generated files before relying on or publishing them.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse.
Acceptable use
You may scan public websites you own, manage, or are authorized to assess. You must not use the service to:
- Access private systems, bypass authentication, or probe restricted infrastructure.
- Break laws, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, or interfere with another service.
- Overload, reverse engineer, resell, or automate access beyond documented product features.
- Submit secrets, personal data, credentialed URLs, or content you are not permitted to process.
Plans, subscriptions, and credits
Prices and allowances are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled through the available customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the paid entitlement ends, subject to provider status.
One page credit covers one selected page attempt. Purchased credit lots expire 12 months after purchase and are used in expiry order. Monthly allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over. Rescans use additional allowance or credits. There is no automatic usage charge or automatic top-up.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to retrieve public pages, process selected content, create reports, and operate the service. SiteReadyFor.SI, its interface, original content, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, or discontinue features and may use service providers to deliver the product. Maintenance, provider outages, target-site restrictions, and network conditions can affect results. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Technical findings can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace professional legal, security, accounting, or SEO advice.
To the extent permitted by law, SiteReadyFor.SI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.
