Requesting a refund
Email support@sitereadyfor.si within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card details or passwords.
We review requests promptly and may verify usage and delivery status. Approval and timing remain subject to applicable law and Lemon Squeezy's payment processes.
Normally eligible
- An unused first page-credit pack requested within 14 days of purchase.
- A first subscription charge requested within 14 days when no paid scan allowance or purchased credits have been used after the charge.
- A duplicate or incorrect charge that can be verified.
- A purchase that could not be delivered because of a confirmed service-side failure and could not reasonably be restored.
Normally not eligible
- Credits or subscription allowance already used for completed or partially completed audits.
- Downloaded or delivered digital reports and generated files after successful processing.
- Renewal charges when cancellation was not completed before renewal, except where required by law.
- Dissatisfaction based only on rankings, indexing, citations, or business results that the service does not guarantee.
Failed and partial audits
If an entire audit fails before delivery, the reserved page allowance and credits are restored automatically once. This is service-credit restoration rather than a cash refund. If some selected pages succeed, the report records retrieval failures for the others and all attempted pages count as scanned.
What happens after a refund
A full refund of a page-credit order revokes that order's remaining unused credits. Credits already used are not recreated. A partial monetary refund does not automatically remove a matching number of credits. Refunds for legacy one-time passes follow their original entitlement rules.
Cancelling subscriptions
You can cancel through the customer portal when available. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period. Access normally continues until the entitlement end date. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Banks and payment networks control when funds appear. We cannot redirect a refund to a different payment method.
