A useful FAQ removes uncertainty for a reader. Repeating keywords or adding FAQ schema does not guarantee a search enhancement or inclusion in AI answers.
Collect questions from actual decisions
Look at support conversations, onboarding steps, and sales questions. Separate a genuine question such as “What happens when my page allowance runs out?” from a generic phrase chosen only for a keyword. Group related questions where a visitor naturally needs the answers.
Give the answer before the sales pitch
If someone asks whether the free report includes solutions, answer that directly: yes, the homepage report includes instructions for the issues it finds. Then explain the condition that matters: generated audit files require a paid plan or eligible one-time audit. A reader should not have to decode a paragraph of product praise to understand the answer.
Should you add FAQ schema?
Write the useful answers first. Google retired its FAQ rich result feature in May 2026, so adding FAQ markup is not a way to get that display in Google Search. If another system you use supports the markup, describe the actual questions and answers on the page and check that system’s requirements.
Verify access to the answers
SiteReadyFor.SI’s initial HTML checks can help you investigate a page with little readable text. Inspect whether important FAQ answers are available in the response and readable to visitors. The scanner does not predict whether any particular question will trigger an AI answer.
